Mortgage is Brisk in the US For the Last 6 Months
the mortgage applications and house resale in the US in teh 6 months has surge and this is an excellent sign for the economy and the fight on reccession.
But there is another problem which is FORECLOSURES! it is rising and rising fast. This could have negative effects of the mortgage industrty as a whole.
