Do you live in Connecticut? Because if you do I got this info from someone and would like to share it anyone interested. FRM's are good option in Connecticut now.

I do not live in Connecticut but as far I know there some advantages of buying a house in Connecticut in regards with taxation. The details are murky at best to me but if you browse and search for on teh web you can find lots of answer to those queries.

Also, it is still the best time to opck in for a fixed rate mortgage before to go too high...
